• Technical website data such as IP address, browser, device, referring page, requested page, and security logs, where collected by the website or hosting provider
• Cookie or analytics information only where the deployed website actually uses those technologies

Why We Use Information

• Respond to inquiries and determine whether OSENC can support the project
• Prepare technical recommendations, drawings, samples, quotations, and contracts
• Coordinate relevant work with manufacturing, testing, logistics, and professional service providers
• Process orders, inspection, delivery, payment, warranty, and support
• Protect the website, prevent misuse, keep business records, and meet legal obligations
• Send marketing communication only where permitted and provide a way to stop it

Legal Basis Where Applicable

Who May Receive Information

Project drawings should be limited to people who need them for quotation, engineering, production, inspection, or delivery.

We do not sell personal information. If the deployed website uses advertising or analytics that legally constitutes sale or sharing in a jurisdiction, the policy and user controls must be updated before use.

Drawings and Confidential Project Files

Customer drawings and files should be used only for evaluating and carrying out the requested project. OSENC can discuss an NDA before sensitive disclosure. Customers should mark confidential files and avoid sending unnecessary personal, export-controlled, or third-party information. Case studies or public images require separate permission and removal of sensitive details.

International Processing

OSENC is located in China and international inquiries may result in information being processed in China or other countries used by service providers. Where privacy law requires safeguards for international transfers, the applicable mechanism and provider terms must be confirmed and disclosed.

Retention

Information should be kept only as long as needed for inquiry handling, project performance, legal, tax, quality, warranty, dispute, and security purposes. Different records require different periods. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable obligation; the current privacy policy should state the approved schedule and user rights.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information and risk, including access limitation, account security, backups, secure transmission where available, and controlled sharing. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about disclosure and international transfer. Some requests may be limited by identity verification, contract, legal retention, trade-secret, or other lawful requirements.
