OSENC Magnetic Products and Custom Assemblies
OSENC’s confirmed core business is custom neodymium magnets and magnetic assemblies. OSENC also supplies project-based magnetic drums, suspended magnets, grate and tube components, drawer magnets, and easy-clean magnetic grates. Equipment and powder-line products should only be quoted after the manufacturing source, drawing, technical data, and inspection method are confirmed.

Custom Neodymium Magnets
Disc, block, ring, cylinder, arc, countersunk, miniature, large-size, and special-shaped NdFeB magnets made from a confirmed drawing or sample.
Selection data: grade, temperature, coating, magnetization, tolerance, quantity, application, and test method.
Custom Magnetic Assemblies
Magnetic drums, rollers, wheels, rotors, couplings, Halbach arrays, and steel-and-magnet assemblies developed around the required magnetic field and mechanical interface.
Selection data: assembly drawing, field target, air gap, steel components, speed, load, environment, and acceptance method.
Magnetic Drum
Custom drum, roller, head pulley, and housed drum projects reviewed by structure and process position. Capacity and model data are defined only after the material, process position, and manufacturing configuration are confirmed.
Magnetic Grate and Tube Components
Custom magnetic tubes and grate assemblies for dry, free-flowing powder and granules. Dimensions, stainless material, surface field test, temperature, tube spacing, and cleaning method must be confirmed.
Drawer Magnet
Magnetic tube assemblies inside an enclosed housing for gravity-fed powders and granules, selected by inlet, outlet, flow behavior, cleaning access, seals, and operating conditions.
Easy-Clean Magnetic Grate
A magnetic core and outer-sleeve structure for applications where frequent iron removal makes manual scraping inefficient. The mechanism, withdrawal space, sleeve material, and test position must be confirmed.
Suspended Magnet
Permanent suspended and self-cleaning overband projects can be reviewed, but no standard model should be selected from belt width alone. Rated suspension height, burden depth, belt speed, target iron, and partner manufacturing data are required.
